What is it?
A guided breathing treatment that alternates between low-oxygen and high-oxygen air. This process conditions your cells to use oxygen more efficiently, improving overall vitality.

What it is IHHT?
Interval Hypoxic-Hypertoxic Therapy (IHHT) is a controlled breathing protocol that alternates between breathing low-oxygen (hypoxic) and high-oxygen (hypertoxic) air in cycles, typically over 30–45 minutes. The therapy is delivered through a specialized mask while the client is seated or lying down.
How does it work?
When cells absorb these light wavelengths, mitochondrial function improves. This increase in ATP production enhances the body’s ability to repair itself, reduce inflammation, and restore balance in tissues.
